SOUTH FLOREAT RESIDENCE
COMPLETE HOME RENOVATION
After being engaged by our delightful clients for the South Floreat project, we set out to bring their vision of a refreshed and refined home to life. The brief centred on lightening the overall colour palette, complemented by a subtle nod to classic Hamptons-inspired design.
A key focus of the renovation was reworking the home’s layout to enhance flow and functionality. By opening up previously dated and enclosed spaces, we created a cohesive, light-filled environment that better supports modern living.
The kitchen, once underutilised due to limited storage, has been transformed into a bright and highly functional hub of the home. Thoughtfully designed cabinetry ensures every item has its place, resulting in a space that is both practical and inviting.
The master suite was reimagined as an expansive retreat, complete with bespoke his-and-hers built-in robes. Elegant window treatments frame the newly introduced bay window, adding softness and architectural interest.
The ensuite was redesigned to maximise both usability and luxury. An unused bath was removed in favour of a generous walk-in shower, complemented by wall-to-wall custom cabinetry and carefully considered lighting to support both function and ambience.
The laundry, a key requirement within the brief, was thoughtfully designed to balance practicality with style—ensuring it meets the everyday needs of the household while seamlessly integrating with the home’s overall aesthetic.
The finishing touches extended to the home’s exterior, where the originally dated façade was refreshed in a warm white palette. A carefully selected entry door colour and hardware bring the vision to life, creating a striking and memorable first impression.
Extensive landscape design was also incorporated, resulting in an inviting outdoor environment that can be enjoyed throughout the seasons—perfectly complementing the home’s renewed sense of warmth and cohesion.
